Job summary

DPR Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant with strong Corporate Legal and Commercial Contract Drafting experience in India. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and handling CLM end-to-end with a focus on risk assessment and compliance.

Candidates from corporate in-house teams are preferred; pure litigation or law-firm profiles are not ideal for this role. Excellent stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with Corporate / In-house Legal teams.
• Hands-on experience in Commercial Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation.
• Experience drafting/reviewing: MSA, SOW, NDA, SaaS/ IT Agreements, Vendor / Client Agreements, Service & Licensing Agreements.
• Strong understanding of risk, indemnity, liability, termination, confidentiality and dispute-resolution clauses.
• Experience managing the end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
