• Assist the Regional Compliance Officer with general legal issues and counsel the business in India.
• Draft legal memorandums, prepare documents, present recommendations, and manage litigation.
• Develop, maintain, and revise compliance policies, procedures, and training for the distributor network across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, and Medical Education to address local compliance issues for investigation and resolution.
• Monitor the compliance program and promote the use of the Compliance Hotline and code of conduct awareness.
