Job summary

Peerless General Finance & Investment Company Limited is seeking a Corporate Legal Officer to manage contracts, compliance, regulatory filings, and advisory on company policies in India. The role includes handling legal documentation, vendor agreements, and risk mitigation within the hospitality sector.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of corporate-legal experience, strong knowledge of corporate laws, and excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience as a corporate legal officer.
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws and contract drafting.
• Experience in the hospitality sector advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate legal matters including contracts, compliance, and regulatory filings.
• Manage legal documentation, vendor agreements, and risk mitigation in the hospitality sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to Indian corporate and Labour laws and industry-specific compliances.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary for this position ranges from INR 3.0 LPA to INR 4.0 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
