Job summary

KS Legal & Associates is seeking a Legal Executive to support the Dispute Resolution practice. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Civil & Commercial Litigation, NCLT (IBC), and Arbitration, with proven appearances before Trial Courts, NCLT (IBC) and High Courts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in Civil & Commercial Litigation, NCLT (IBC), Arbitration.
• Appearing before Trial Courts, NCLT (IBC) and High Courts; filing and hearing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Appear before Trial Courts, NCLT (IBC) and High Courts as required.
• Manage filing and hearing procedures for disputes.
• Author analysis and articles on latest legal developments.
