Job summary

Arnifi in Bengaluru seeks a qualified lawyer with 2-4 years of corporate, commercial, or regulatory experience to join its legal team. You will draft and negotiate a variety of agreements and perform regulatory research across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires strong drafting, analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple matters while coordinating with clients and external parties. UAE regulatory exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• LL.B. / LL.M. with relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law.
• 2-4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple matters and coordinate with clients and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of contracts, corporate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in UAE corporate/commercial law, free zone regulations, or business setup matters will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support matters across the UAE, KSA, India, Singapore, USA, and other jurisdictions.
