The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and willingness to travel. Immediate joining; remuneration Rs 6,00,000 - Rs 8,00,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of legal experience in finance, AIF, NBFC, or law firm with fund structuring exposure.
• Willingness to learn international financial laws including SEZs and IFSCs.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for Term Sheets, Subscription Agreements, and security documents.
• Familiarity with SEBI AIF Regulations, Companies Act, IBC, FEMA and RBI guidelines.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (except Second and Forth Saturdays). Expected Date of Joining: Immediate. Remuneration: Rs 6,00,000 - Rs. 8,00,000/- Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting Documents: Prepare Term Sheets, Sanction letters, authorization letters, Power of Attorneys, Subscription agreements, Contribution Agreements, addendums, lease deeds, and other legal corporate documents as required in consonance with the relevant applicable international laws.
• Investment Portfolio Management: Maintaining, organizing and updating investment files for efficient reference and compliance purposes.
• AIF Structure Understanding: Understand the structure of a category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) under SEBI regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• International Laws and Rules for SEZs and IFSC.

Candidates should have:

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a financial services firm, AIF, NBFC, or law firm with exposure to fund structuring, corporate finance, internation law and insolvency.(Mandatory).
• Strong willingness to learn International Financial Laws, laws and rules for SEZs and IFSCs.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills in preparing and reviewing Term Sheets and Subscription Agreements, MoUs, Debenture Trust Deeds and Security Documents.
• Familiarity with financial and regulatory frameworks, including SEBI AIF Regulations, Companies Act, IBC, FEMA, and RBI Rules and Guidelines.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple transactions, and maintain robust documentation and tracking of timelines, CPs, and closing conditions.
• No issues with travelling within or outside India
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with counterparties, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
