Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an experienced Lead - Learning Specialist to partner with HR Business Partners and global teams in India, designing scalable learning solutions that build leadership and functional capability. This role requires strong stakeholder management, governance, and vendor coordination in a hybrid work model.

You will lead end-to-end program planning, drive measurement of learning impact, and collaborate across India to connect learning to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business or related field preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, partnering with business leaders to build capability at scale.
• Experience supporting technology, engineering, semiconductor, or global matrix organizations preferred.

• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences that enable reflection, practice, feedback and behaviour change.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
