Job summary

Lam Research in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to move beyond program delivery and partner with HR Business Partners and global learning teams to deploy learning solutions aligned to leadership and functional excellence across India.

You will design scalable blended learning, build leadership capability, facilitate engaging sessions, and measure impact, while partnering with leaders, SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10-12 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, with demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to build capability at scale.
• Experience supporting technology, engineering, semiconductor, or global matrix organizations preferred.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
