Job summary

Lam Research invites an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join LIDAS in Bengaluru. You will design and deliver scalable web applications using Angular/React on the frontend and Python-based APIs on the backend, with Azure cloud deployment.

The role supports hybrid work models including On-site Flex and Virtual Flex, with collaboration across global teams. Required 6-8 years in full stack, strong UI and API design, and experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Full Stack development.
• Experience in building efficient & scalable full stack web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end with Angular (v17+), HTML5, JS/TS, CSS/Sass and .NET for web apps.
• Back-end development with Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient and scalable full stack web applications spanning frontend and backend systems.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture for end-to-end optimized solutions.
• Create frontend reactive apps using Angular/React and integrate with backend APIs.
• Migrate Angular projects to newer Angular versions (16+).

LIDAS (Lam India Data Analytics and Sciences) team is responsible to provide best-in-class analytics solutions that help improve business decisions in Global Operations and other business sub-functions across Lam. This Organization, a "Center of Excellence" (CoE), consists of a high-performing team of experts who collaborate cross-functionally and provide analytics solutions to various business functions to suit their business needs. This team strives to improve the productivity & efficiency of business processes through business analytics, data science, application & automation projects. The resulting projects help accelerate businesses/stakeholders in decision-making by providing data insights. The team continuously develops the required technical skills and business acumen to help solve complex business problems & Use Cases in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and supply chain domains for the company. This role will be in Application Development group to support & deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of LAM's business

Eligibility Criteria

• Years of Experience: Minimum 6-8 years
• Job Experience: Experience in Full Stack development
• Educational: BE/BTech or MTech: Computer Science Engineering or Engineering in similar stream from leading institutes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop efficient & scalable Full Stack Web Application to solve complex business problems by involving in design & implementation
• Design Client side and Server-side architecture to build end-to-end optimized systems
• Design and develop frontend reactive web applications using Angular, NodeJS and backend API based frameworks
• Migrate applications from Angular lower version to higher version of Angular 16 and above
• Deliver quick POCs to perform feasibility study in providing solutions to complex problems
• Deliver projects with an understanding and alignment with Enterprise Architecture
• Proficient in Agile methodology, process, and tools with familiarity on CI/CD Pipelines
• Work independently to deliver Solutions, handle stakeholder meetings.
• Understand the Requirement & Communicate Effectively the specifications, architecture/Design details, and flowcharts to have end-user alignment to deliver quality solution.
• Responsible for Code deployment & support Hypercare post deployment, coordinating tests, and proper technical sign-off for production go-live.
• Collaborate and adopt the latest technology stack in alignment with the Enterprise IT roadmap.

Mandatory Skills Needed To Perform The Job

• Expertise in web applications UI development and integration with Backend API
• Frontend (Angular/React): Build responsive SPA applications, Integrate APIs, manage state, optimize UI performance
• Hands experience with Angular V17 and above, HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, Sass, Dot Net (Windows/ Web Application)
• Backend (Python): Develop scalable REST APIs (FastAPI/Django/Flask), Implement business logic, authentication, and data processing
• Azure Cloud: Deploy apps using App Service, AKS, Functions
• Use Azure SQL, Postgres, Blob Storage
• API & Integration: Design REST/GraphQL, APIs, Integrate third-party services
• DevOps & CI/CD: Build pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Use Docker, Kubernetes, Automate testing and releases
• Security: Implement OAuth2/JWT, Azure AD, manage secrets via Key Vault, Follow OWASP best practices
• Maintain documentation and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging techniques.
• Good skills in managing Stakeholders’ (internal and external) Expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with cross-function global teams.

Desirable Skill

• Exposure of Business Applications SAP ECC GUI, SAP S/4
• Experience in DevOps
• Experience in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Exposure on Semiconductor equipment industry
• Working Experience in Business Domains like Semiconductors, Supply Chain Manufacturing, Supply Chain Quality, or Operations.
