Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, seeks a passionate Learning & Quality Manager to drive a culture of learning, service excellence and continuous improvement across the resort.

In this role you will lead the property’s Learning & Development initiatives, plan engaging training aligned with IHG standards, monitor guest feedback and brand quality, conduct quality audits, and partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop colleagues.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Learning & Development / Quality within hospitality.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and service standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
