Job summary

ARC in Pune is looking for a Learning Coordinator for a full-time role to collaborate with clients and SMEs to execute high-value learning and OD interventions. You will manage logistics end-to-end and support learners through strong data reporting.

Based out of Pune, youll work from Baner 5 days a week, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, creating documents, and developing presentations in PowerPoint/Keynote and reports in Word. Ideal for 0–2 years in HR/L&D.

Qualifications

• HR/L&D professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience can apply.
• MBA in HR is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of program logistics.
• Assisting in maintaining the MIS.
• Supporting the SMEs and other team members deliveries for flawless execution of the learning design.
• Logistics Management.
• Creating and managing all the required documents for all the learning programs.
• Interacting with internal stakeholders and vendors

We are looking for a Learning Partner to join our team.

This is a full-time role where you ll collaborate with clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) and, most importantly, the learners to execute high-value learning and OD interventions.
