Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in L&D / Learning Operations / Training Operations.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end training program coordination across classroom, virtual and blended formats.
• Experience with LMS / digital learning platforms, learner enrolment, completion tracking and learning calendars.
• Strong MS Excel, MIS, dashboards and learning analytics skills.
• Tech-savvy with hands-on exposure to AI/automation tools to improve L&D processes.
• Good communication and creative skills, with experience in Canva/PPT/video/content creation for learning campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain learning dashboards and operational trackers and generate reports for Compliance and Audit.
• Present monthly learning metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously explore AI tools to simplify L&D tasks and evaluate new digital learning solutions.
• Design engaging learning communication assets and campaigns.

Job Title: Learning Operations Specialist

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and innovative Learning Operations Specialist to drive the seamless execution of learning initiatives across the organization. This role sits at the heart of the Learning & Development function, ensuring operational excellence while continuously identifying smarter, technology-enabled ways of working.

The ideal candidate thrives in execution, enjoys solving operational challenges, leverages technology and AI to improve efficiency, and has an eye for creating engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Program Operations

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, business teams, trainers, vendors, and the Administration team to ensure flawless program execution.
• Manage training logistics including venue setup, learning materials, attendance, communication, technology readiness, and participant experience.
• Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication to participants.

Learning Administration & Digital Learning

• Manage learner nominations and enrolments across digital learning platforms. Map learning journeys for employees based on business requirements and track completion of the same.

Reporting & Learning Analytics

• Maintain learning dashboards and operational trackers and generate reports for Compliance and Audit requirements.
• Analyse feedback data and derive actionable insights to improve future learning programs.
• Present monthly learning metrics and insights to stakeholders.

Learning Technology & AI Innovation

• Continuously explore AI tools that can simplify, automate, or eliminate repetitive L&D operational tasks.
• Research, evaluate and recommend new digital learning solutions, technologies, platforms, to enhance employee learning experiences.

Creative Learning Enablement

• Design engaging learning communication assets.
• Create learning calendars and digital learning campaigns.
• Develop creative videos, visual content, posters, and promotional materials for learning initiatives.

Who you are:

• 3–6 years of experience in L&D / Learning Operations / Training Operations.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end training program coordination across classroom, virtual and blended formats.
• Experience with LMS / digital learning platforms, learner enrolment, completion tracking and learning calendars.
