Job summary

SES Satellites is seeking an Intern in Learning & Development to join our team in Chennai. You will work on learning strategy, talent development, and improving employee experience in a dynamic, international environment.

You will assist in designing programs, building a skills-based organization, and creating engaging content while coordinating training sessions and events. This internship offers exposure to global projects and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Business, Education, or similar).
• Strong interest in learning, talent development, and organizational culture.
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluent in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of learning programs (e.g. leadership, functional, and digital skills).
• Assist in setup of the skills-based organization (developing future skills and related trainings).
• Help create engaging learning content (presentations, toolkits, internal communications).
• Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and events.
• Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices (e.g. AI in learning, modern LXP platforms).
• Analyze learning data and prepare reports and insights.
• Contribute to improving the overall learner experience.
