Job summary

Whitehouseit is seeking an eLearning Developer to create engaging digital learning experiences. You will transform storyboard concepts into interactive modules and support content across instructor‑led training, webinars, videos and other formats.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of content development experience, knowledge of Articulate tools, and a strong eye for design and usability. Immediate joiners preferred; Chennai location.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in eLearning content development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies or related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of usability principles.
• Knowledge of programming concepts.
• Experience with Adobe and Articulate product suites.
• Graphic design knowledge using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of audio and narration editing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and visual creativity.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Instructional Designer to confirm course specifications and resolve gaps.
• Utilize authoring tools to build eLearning courses and demonstrations.
• Contribute to eLearning instructional design and adult learning practices.
• Create and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and learning styles.
• Utilize aesthetic sense to ensure attractive, interactive and engaging e-learning content.
• Integrate adult learning best practices into eLearning courses.
• Produce eLearning courses on time and align them with learning outcomes.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Address changes and feedback on course deliverables within timelines.
• Design visual elements and templates in consultation with the Instructional Designer.
• Support mobile, online, video and other digital learning modalities.
• Develop engaging deliverables such as courses, games, videos and quizzes.

About the Role
