• Experience developing SCORM/xAPI‑compliant content and multimedia‑based learning solutions.
• Experience implementing WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and brand guidelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Learning Experience & Digital Content Specialist to develop engaging, interactive, and accessible digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in eLearning development, UI/UX design, multimedia design, and digital content creation, with the ability to transform business requirements into impactful learner experiences. This role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions that align with business objectives and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

eLearning Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive eLearning courses, simulations, assessments, and multimedia learning assets.
• Create engaging digital learning experiences using videos, animations, audio, graphics, gamification, and interactive activities.
• Develop learner guides, job aids, quick reference materials, and supporting documentation.
• Create engaging learning content, quizzes, knowledge checks, and interactive scenarios.
• Ensure all digital learning content complies with accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) standards and corporate branding guidelines.
• Review, update, and maintain existing learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

Creative Design & Multimedia

• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, presentations, infographics, and visual assets for digital learning.
• Develop multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud and other creative tools.
• Produce animations, screen recordings, and video-based learning content.
• Maintain consistency with corporate branding and visual identity standards.
• Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to improve productivity and learner engagement.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage multiple digital learning projects while meeting quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs, business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, designers, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate content reviews, functionality testing, accessibility validation, and deployment activities.
• Review deliverables to ensure functionality, accessibility, quality, and brand compliance.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Perform functionality, accessibility, and quality reviews of digital learning content before release.
• Analyze learner feedback and recommend improvements to enhance learning effectiveness.Continuously improve digital learning solutions by adopting new technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in eLearning, multimedia development, accessibility, and digital learning technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in eLearning development, UI/UX design, digital learning, multimedia development, or creative content development.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience developing SCORM/xAPI‑compliant learning content.
• Experience developing interactive, multimedia‑based learning solutions.
• Experience in implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) to digital learning assets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadliness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating multilingual eLearning content.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for eLearning customization.
• Experience with animation and video editing tools such as After Effects, Camtasia, or Vyond.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Synthesia.
• Experience advocating for the functionality and accessibility testing of the digital learning solutions.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and external vendors.
