Qualifications

• Familiarity with web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training approaches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project-management tools.
• Experience with Lectora and Storyline as authoring tools.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs, manage timelines, and ensure quality.
