Learning Consultant

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop learning content ( micro-learning video, Bit-sized learning content, Scorm package, Quizzes etc) with modern AI enabled tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local training coordinators to facilitate the deployment of learning activities, providing administrative support.
• LMS Administrative Support: Deliver LMS support, including catalogue management, course management, item & class creation, registration follow-up, closing classes with attendance tracking, and managing registrations for external classes. Ensure that all necessary resources and information are available for effective planning and execution of learning sessions.
• Design individualized learning paths, curate learning from IDPs, and develop programs based on assessments.
• Deployment of Complex Learning Activities: Manage the execution of complex learning activities, such as cohorts.
• Analysis & Escalation: Conduct initial analysis of technical issues before engaging CIT and HRIS teams; coordinate resolution.
• Learner Support via WLSD: Implement and enhance learner support mechanisms through the World Learning Services Desk (WLSD), ensuring that learners receive timely assistance and access to resources that enhance their learning experience.
• Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Check learner feedback regarding courses. Liaise with local training coordinators to ensure corrective actions.
• Reporting Capacity: Assist the team in following up on learning activities and ensure timely reporting of local training initiatives to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Support Automation and AI adoption in the team

We lay high emphasis on on demand, agile delivery of learning objectives with a good mix of experiential learning, social learning and formal learnings. The role is a good mix of learning content development as well as learning operations.

In practice this means:

Bachelores/master's in business administration, Human Resources, Engineering or related field.

• 4+ years of experience managing learning and development COE with a demonstrated track record of content development and exposure of working in learning operations.
• Demonstrable experience in leveraging AI for learning content development including story development (messaging) plus storyboarding (visual translation of story) with instructional design skills.
• Hands on knowledge of any of the AI Authoring tool - for creating videos, micro-learnings experience is essential (i.e. Vyond, Heygen, Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate (eLearning Development) Canva, iSpring, Adobe Creative Suite
• LMS expertise: SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday, Moodle, Docebo, 360Learning
• Proficiency in AI self-use tools e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude cowork etc.Proficiency with the SuccessFactors SAP LMS is essential. Certification would be a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset, capable of both working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision when necessary.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in O365 ( MS-Office, MS Teams etc.) Good to have understanding of MS powerapps etc. Excellent MS Excel proficiency needed
