Job summary

Perficient is seeking an experienced AI/ML training leader to design and deliver comprehensive programs covering AI, GenAI, ML, and automation. You will mentor learners through hands-on labs, workshops, and real-world projects, crafting end-to-end learning journeys with labs, demos, assessments, and certifications.

In this role, you will provide AI/ML advisory, coach client teams on applying learning to engagements, and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, or related roles.
• Strong training/facilitation experience with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on expertise in ML frameworks, GenAI models, prompt engineering, lab/demo creation and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led (virtual/in-person) training on AI, GenAI, ML, Data Engineering, and Automation.
• Facilitate hands-on labs, workshops, hackathons, and mentor learners on real-world projects.
