Employment Type: Contract / Freelance

Total Training Hours: 60 Hours

Session Timings: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI to deliver engaging, hands‑on training programs for professionals. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex AI concepts and provide practical exposure to the latest AI tools, frameworks, and real‑world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training on Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Conduct hands‑on sessions covering LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Multi‑Agent Systems, and AI Automation.
• Develop training content, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
• Facilitate interactive discussions and practical exercises.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide guidance throughout the training program.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in AI technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Hands‑on experience with tools and frameworks such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Vector Databases.
• Good understanding of AI workflows, automation, and enterprise AI applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to train both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of training, teaching, or corporate learning experience.
• Prior experience delivering classroom or corporate training programs is preferred.
