Job summary

JVG Consulting in Chennai is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager from the Jewellery industry to spearhead training and employee development initiatives across the organization.

You will identify training needs across sales, retail, customer service and operations, design and conduct programs for showroom and frontline teams, and develop modules, SOPs and learning materials to drive performance and consistency.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in HR, L&D or related field.
• 5+ years of L&D/training experience.
• Mandatory jewellery industry experience.
