• Work with business teams to understand learning needs and define skill gaps.

• Identify suitable off-the-shelf or external courses (Coursera, Udemy, etc.).

• Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to tweak, summarize, or personalize content.

• Co-create microlearning, job aids, and custom learning paths.

• Track completion, collect feedback, and measure learning impact.

• Maintain and update the learning repository, calendar, and engagement data.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
