Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Learning Advisory Associate Manager to lead the design and delivery of advanced Generative AI training programs. You will serve as the SME for Google Generative AI Studio, Vertex AI, and Gemini models, shaping curricula and certification content for enterprise learners.

You will collaborate with capability leads, Google partnership teams, and learning advisors to align training with business goals, create content plans, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduation required with 10–14 years of experience in learning/advisory roles.
• Proficiency in Google Generative AI Studio and Vertex AI for training delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Google Gemini models through Vertex AI.
• Strong prompt engineering skills (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, structured prompts).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training on building generative AI applications on Google Cloud.
• Serve as SME for Google Generative AI Studio, Vertex AI, Gemini models, and related Google Cloud AI services.
• Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions.

What would you do?

• The L8 Technology Educator Google Generative AI Studio is an established Subject Matter Expert in Google s Generative AI ecosystem, specifically Vertex AI, Generative AI Studio, and the Gemini model family. This individual independently designs and delivers training on building generative AI applications on Google Cloud, contributes to curriculum development, and collaborates with Google partnership teams.
• Acts as the primary SME for Google Generative AI Studio, Vertex AI, Gemini models, and related Google Cloud AI services.
• Responsible for designing and delivering instructor led and virtual training sessions on Google Generative AI tools and SDKs.
• Contributes to the development of hands on labs, guided exercises, and certification content for Google Cloud AI programs.
• Proficiency in Google Generative AI Studio and Vertex AI platform for building and evaluating generative AI applications.
• Hands on experience with Google Gemini models through Vertex AI, including prompt design, grounding, and evaluation.

• Working knowledge of GCP services relevant to AI and Machine Learning including Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Model Garden, and AI Hub.

• RAG implementation on Vertex AI using Vector Search and Matching Engine.
• Vertex AI Agent Builder for creating enterprise AI agents.
• MLOps including model versioning, deployment pipelines, and monitoring on Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of Google s Responsible AI principles and Generative AI safety evaluation techniques.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and the ability to deliver technically rigorous and learner centered training.
