Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Advisory Associate Manager to design, develop and deliver instructor-led training and AI learning solutions. You will translate learning designs into structured components, collaborate with SMEs, and lead virtual and blended programs on Large Language Models, Generative AI and related technologies.

The role requires 10 to 14 years of experience, graduation, and strong expertise in ML/AI learning delivery, content creation, assessments and certification programs.

What would you do?

• Design develop and deliver high quality learning solutions on Large Language Models Generative AI Prompt Engineering and related Artificial Intelligence technologies. Enable learners through instructor led virtual and blended learning experiences. Support capability development by creating engaging content assessments hands on exercises and certification aligned learning programs while driving adoption of emerging AI
• Translate learning experience designs into structured learning components focused on Large Language Models and Generative AI. Create storyboards training content assessments labs demonstrations and knowledge assets. Collaborate with instructional design teams and subject matter experts to develop engaging learning solutions. Deliver instructor led and virtual training sessions.
• The practice of delivering technical training and learning experiences to individuals and groups through instructor led and virtual formats. Trainers facilitate learning journeys and support capability development in Large Language Models Generative AI Prompt Engineering Natural Language Processing Retrieval Augmented Generation and Agentic AI. Ability to create interactive learning experiences assessments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a recognized subject matter expert in Large Language Models Generative AI Prompt Engineering Retrieval Augmented Generation and Agentic AI.
• Design develop and deliver instructor led virtual and blended learning programs focused on Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Create facilitator guides learner materials hands on labs coding exercises workshops and knowledge assets.
• Develop and validate scenario based assessment questions certification content and evaluation frameworks.
• Deliver engaging technical training sessions on Generative AI applications Prompt Engineering techniques and enterprise Artificial Intelligence adoption practices.
• Educate learners on model architectures embeddings semantic search vector databases and responsible Artificial Intelligence principles.
• Develop reusable code samples prompt libraries demonstrations and practical learning exercises.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to convert complex technical concepts into effective learning solutions.
• Review and validate technical accuracy of content assessments learning assets and lab environments.
• Continuously update training content based on advancements in Large Language Models Generative AI and related technologies.
• Mentor junior trainers and subject matter experts while supporting capability development initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on learning strategy curriculum planning certification frameworks and capability building programs.
• Present recommendations learning insights and program updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance learner engagement training quality and assessment effectiveness.
• Support knowledge sharing communities best practices and organizational learning initiatives.
• Work with minimal supervision and contribute to key decisions within learning and capability development programs.
• May be required to work in rotational shifts.
