Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Advisory Manager in Pune to drive impactful learning initiatives, deliver training sessions, and manage end-to-end program delivery. The role includes developing new modules, redesigning content, and coaching teams to nurture talent while leveraging digital learning tools.

The candidate should have 13–18 years of experience in Learning & Development or Technology Education, with strong facilitation and project management skills, and be comfortable coordinating

• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools.
• Hands-on experience managing learning programs and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Training and Coaching: Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
• Ensure delivery of program hours as per defined targets and quality standards.
• Facilitate learning experiences on Design Thinking, Storytelling, Emotional Intelligence, Deep Listening, Personal Presence, and other human skills topics.
• Coach learners and teams to enhance workplace effectiveness and collaboration.
• Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge sharing.
• Program Management and Impact: Track and measure program effectiveness using impact metrics and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution and learner engagement.
• Prepare program reports, dashboards, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support large scale learning initiatives across business functions.
• Learning Module Development and Redesign: Design and develop new learning modules tailored to emerging business and learner needs.
• Redesign existing content to improve relevance, learner engagement, and business outcomes.
• Integrate innovative learning methodologies and digital learning tools.
