Job summary

BrainyBuzz Digital is seeking an energetic Learner Success Counsellor & HR Executive to manage learner counselling, engagement, HR activities, and content creation. This multi-functional role suits someone who enjoys interacting with people, front-of-camera content, and owning varied responsibilities in a growing EdTech startup.

You will handle inquiries, onboarding, recruitment support, social media content, events, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle learner enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Counsel prospective learners about training programs, certifications, and career pathways.
• Follow up with leads and support admission conversions.
• Coordinate learner onboarding, batches, schedules, trainers, LMS access, assessments, and certifications.
• Maintain learner records, follow-up data, and reports.
• Build relationships with learners and ensure a positive experience throughout their learning journey.
• Create and shoot Instagram Reels, short videos, stories, and other social media content.
• Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.
• Assist with basic product/course photography and video creation.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content ideas and campaigns.
• Support content creation for BrainyBuzz Digital, LearnSphere, and associated brands/businesses when required.
• Track social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, training programs, and client interactions.

BrainyBuzz Digital is looking for an energetic, creative, and people-oriented Learner Success Counsellor & HR Executive who can manage learner counselling and engagement, support HR activities, create social media content/reels, and assist with business operations and events when required.

This is a multi-functional role suited for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable in front of a camera, can create engaging content, and is willing to take ownership of different responsibilities in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Learner Success & Counselling

• Handle learner enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Counsel prospective learners about training programs, certifications, and career pathways.
• Follow up with leads and support admission conversions.
• Coordinate learner onboarding, batches, schedules, trainers, LMS access, assessments, and certifications.
• Maintain learner records, follow-up data, and reports.
• Build relationships with learners and ensure a positive experience throughout their learning journey.

HR & People Operations

• Assist with recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate employee/intern onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, employee records, and basic HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, HR communication, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with different teams and support day-to-day administrative requirements.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create and shoot Instagram Reels, short videos, stories, and other social media content.
• Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.
• Assist with basic product/course photography and video creation.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content ideas and campaigns.
• Support content creation for BrainyBuzz Digital, LearnSphere, and associated brands/businesses when required.

Exhibitions, Events & Business Support

• Participate in exhibitions, events, training programs, promotional activities, and client interactions when required.
• Support exhibition activities for associated businesses such as Noori by Nikita (NBN), including customer interaction, product presentation, content creation, stall coordination, and lead collection.
• Assist management with operational or coordination activities across business verticals when required.
• Be willing to travel locally/outstation for exhibitions or company events when necessary.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, creativity, and willingness to learn may also apply.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who does not want to be restricted to a conventional desk-based HR role. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable counselling a learner, coordinating an interview, creating a reel, interacting with customers at an exhibition, and supporting the team wherever required.
The role provides exposure to EdTech, SaaS, digital marketing, social media, HR, customer engagement, and business operations, making it suitable for someone looking to develop a broad professional skill set.
