Job summary

ZEISS India in Bengaluru invites a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end configuration and master data activities for new products and changes, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries.

You will work in SAP ecosystems (SD and LO-VC/AVC), manage pricing and related data across connected apps, and collaborate with the local architect and global team.

Strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with SAP CRM, BRIM, and Salesforce are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business information systems or similar qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in master data management or a similar function.
• Experience in SAP CRM, SAP BRIM and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to present technical issues clearly to R&D and product management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of configuration models for new products and product changes.
• Reception of specifications through standardized templates with consistency checks and delivery planning.
• Variant configuration coding or code analysis in SAP ecosystem.
• Maintenance of data such as pricing, foreign-trade information, pictures, etc. in connected applications.
• Unit testing of the result in the configurator; documentation and UAT/validation support to data providers.
• Shaping and improving the delivery process in collaboration with the local architect and the global team.
• Strong expertise in the SAP modules SD and LO-VC (variant configuration) or AVC.

Responsibilities

end-to-end delivery of configuration models for various types of new products and product changes, including: reception of specification through standardized templates with subsequent consistency check and delivery planning variant configuration coding or code analysis in SAP ecosystem following the detailed company specific standards maintenance of additional data such as pricing, foreign-trade information, pictures, etc. in various connected applications unit testing of the result in the configurator documentation and UAT/validation support to data providers shaping and constantly improving the delivery process in collaboration with the local architect and the global team strong expertise in the SAP modules SD and LO-VC (variant configuration) or AVC.

Requirements

MUST Have Bachelor’s degree in business information systems or a similar qualification 5+ years of experience in master data management or a similar function. ideally experience in SAP CRM, SAP BRIM and Salesforce good understanding of innovation transfer, supply chain, and sales processes systematic and thorough working style proven ability to deliver in quality and in time strong analytical skills with an eye for critical details ability to present technical issues in a simple and understandable way for R&D and product management confident appearance and engaging communication with stakeholders across the globe Fluent in Communication and Knowledge of any additional language.
