TUIDO in Manikonda, Hyderabad seeks a Lead Tutor to manage our academic team and ensure smooth teaching operations. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, leadership abilities, and experience supervising tutors to maintain high teaching standards.

The role emphasizes coordinating schedules, reviewing lesson plans, and communicating with parents. It requires 2–5 years of teaching leadership experience and a commitment to quality education.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 25 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Experience as Senior Tutor, Academic Coordinator or Team Lead is an advantage.
• Strong teaching experience and leadership potential may apply.

Mansioni

Job Description

TUIDO is looking for a responsible, experienced and enthusiastic Lead Tutor to manage our academic team and ensure the smooth functioning of teaching operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, leadership abilities and experience in handling tutors and academic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and coordinate the team of offline tutors.
• Monitor daily teaching schedules and ensure classes are conducted on time.
• Review lesson plans, syllabus completion and academic progress.
• Monitor tutor attendance, punctuality and performance.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and basic documentation.
• Ability to handle students, parents and tutors professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 25 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a Senior Tutor, Academic Coordinator, Subject Lead or Team Lead is an advantage.
