You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of locomotives during various operational phases, such as scheduled maintenance, mainline attention, and overhauling. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operation, ILS, Fleet & Warranty, EHS, and Industrial teams), ensure effective communication within the troubleshooting team, and contribute to continuous improvement in reliability.
You’ll specifically take care of troubleshooting locomotives and managing failure databases, but also ensure the validity and certification of relevant tools.
