Alstom in Indore is seeking a full-time Fleet Support Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability, safety and efficiency of rolling stock maintenance. You will work with engineering, technical teams, supply chain and depot managers to maintain documentation and product configuration.
You’ll conduct hazard identifications and risk assessments, monitor reliability KPIs, and support improvements through FRACAS and RAMS.

Youll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our rolling stock maintenance operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Technical Teams, Supply Chain, Industrial, Quality, Depot Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders), liaise with suppliers and customers, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing maintenance documentation and configuration, but also contribute to reliability improvements and support complex troubleshooting.
