SimCorp is seeking a Lead Testing Services Consultant to drive planning, execution, and optimization of testing services for our FinTech solutions.

With 7+ years in testing or QA, you will independently manage complex projects, mentor juniors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software.

• Monitor and analyze testing metrics to assess performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for test plans, cases, and results, ensuring thorough records of testing efforts.
• Provide advanced insights on testing strategies, tools, and technologies to ensure the most effective solutions are being used.

With typically 7+ years of experience in testing or quality assurance, this role works independently to manage complex testing projects, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members. The Lead Consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures that testing activities meet organizational goals, and contributes to the overall success of service delivery
