Job summary

iLink Digital is seeking a Teradata Engineer in Bengaluru, India to design, implement, and optimize Teradata data warehouse solutions. The role covers SQL development, partitioning strategies, and performance tuning, with emphasis on security and reliability within enterprise-scale systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Teradata in enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in Teradata SQL with complex query design (joins, subqueries, window functions).
• Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting for automation and system operations.
• Hands-on experience in indexing, partitioning, and statistics management.
• Strong knowledge of Teradata utilities (BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad, TPT, FastExport).
• Experience with TASM and Teradata Viewpoint for workload and system management.
• In-depth knowledge of database administration: backup, DR systems, user security, and access management.
