Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist in Chennai to enhance our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for developing job descriptions, sourcing, and screening candidates, while cultivating relationships throughout the selection process.

What You Will Do

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates using databases, job portals, social media, internal referral campaigns, etc.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Offer management and pre‑onboarding connects.
• Bulk hiring Environment.

What You Will Need

• Must be a graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in end‑to‑end recruitment would be an added advantage.
