Job summary

SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA is seeking a Lead System Engineer to design and deliver robust infrastructure solutions. You will own the infrastructure architecture, drive VMware and Citrix initiatives, and coordinate with global teams in Paris, Bangalore and LeasePlan.

You will manage Windows perimeter expansion, lifecycle hosting in data centers, and ensure IT security compliance across projects, while guiding outsourced L1/2 support and delivering secure, scalable IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience translating customer needs into infrastructure service requirements.
• Ability to lead technical contributors from silos and define solution architectures.
• Experience participating in budgets for studies or projects.
• Knowledge of IT security rules and data security best practices.

• Lead the Infrastructure As A Service solution and architecture.

• Supervise L1/2 support teams and act as technical advisor.
• Develop VMware virtualization, Citrix access, and Windows perimeter.
• Manage data center hosting lifecycle (Paris + Dublin).
• Ensure compliance with security standards (NIST, COBRA, FIONA).
• Coordinate cross‑team interactions across Paris, Bangalore and LeasePlan.
