Pega is seeking a highly experienced Pega professional for our Hyderabad-based delivery team. You will lead end-to-end Pega projects, design and build enterprise-grade solutions, and guide clients through technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a world-class delivery team, strong consulting skills, and a deep understanding of Pega, AI-enabled initiatives, and modern software practices. Working hours align with IST 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

What You'll Do At Pega

• Lead and drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment
• Partner with our world leading clients to deliver high quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Utilize your outstanding technical consulting skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions
• Collaborating with a high performing Pega delivery team you will ensure the solution meets or exceeds your client’s expectations.
• Provide support and technical governance focused on one or more projects at a single client
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization and pro-actively respond to adhoc questions

• 12 plus years of Pega experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.

• You’ve led end-to‑end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution.
• You’ve been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational data bases and integration techniques.
• You’ve demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
• You’ve delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologie
