Job summary

Pegasystems is seeking a highly experienced Pega professional to join our consulting team in Bengaluru. You will lead end-to-end Pega projects, architecting, implementing, and testing enterprise solutions with a focus on model-driven development and client collaboration.

The role demands deep Pega expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work within IST 1:00–10:00 PM window. Join a dynamic GTM team delivering innovative, AI-aware solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Pega CLSA certified resource must.
• 12+ years of Pega experience in model-driven, enterprise-level solutions.
• Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work from 1:00 - 10:00 PM IST.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive scope definition, requirements analysis, design, build, unit testing, and deployment for Pega solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrate innovative ways to implement software solutions using Pega technology.
• Provide governance and support across one or more projects at a client site.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and respond to ad hoc questions from the client and team.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in Pega development.

What You'll Do At Pega

• Lead and drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment
• Partner with our world leading clients to deliver high quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Utilize your outstanding technical consulting skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions
• Collaborating with a high performing Pega delivery team you will ensure the solution meets or exceeds your client’s expectations.
• Provide support and technical governance focused on one or more projects at a single client
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization and pro‑actively respond to adhoc questions

Who You Are

• Pega CLSA Certified resource must.
• You are a highly technical hands on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.
• 12 plus years of Pega experience in building and implementing model‑driven, enterprise‑level business solutions.
• Excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team‑oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example

• You’ve led end‑to‑end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution.
• You’ve been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non‑relational data bases and integration techniques.
• You’ve demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object‑Oriented techniques and principles.
• You’ve delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologie
