Job summary

Pega in Bengaluru seeks a Consulting Manager who balances people development with delivering outstanding client results. You will design structured mentorship programs, create development tracks, and ensure governance and delivery excellence across projects.

You will leverage AI-enabled learning, assess skills, and drive continuous improvement while coaching junior members and nurturing leadership growth within a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of overall IT experience and 3-5 years in managing people in a matrix IT consulting organization (GTM).

As a Consulting Manager, you'll spend approx. 75% of your time designing and implementing structured mentorship programs, creating specialized development tracks, and nurturing the next generation of Pega leaders. The remaining 25% of your focus will be on ensuring project delivery success through effective governance and delivery excellence.

Regular skill assessments and gap analysis are central to how our Consulting Managers drive continuous improvement. They create personalized learning and development roadmaps for each team member, facilitating peer learning and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote collaboration. Through mentoring partnerships between senior and junior members, our Consulting Managers encourage both individual growth and collective team success.

We believe in identifying and nurturing emerging leaders. Our Consulting Managers provide targeted leadership development programs, empowering team members to lead special initiatives and projects.
