Responsibilities

• Strategic Activities
• Create agile project management processes to cater to special projects outside the purview of the Project Management Office
• Prepare reports for the Chief CX&GH Officer on project progress, updates, and outcomes
• Collaborate with cross functional teams for gathering inputs and data as required for the successful completion of projects
• Project Management (Special Projects)
• Ensure projects are completed within set timelines and under approved budgets as set by the Chief Customer Experience and Ground Handling Officer
• Lead teams of analysts/project managers to deliver on set timelines, goals, budget, and resource parameters
• Track, monitor and report the progress of projects basis the established timelines; highlight major roadblocks, challenges, and dependencies, in time to be able to mitigate any potential risk to projects’ success
• Ensure recommendations and deliverables are in compliance with internal and external regulations (Ground Handling Projects)
• Team Management
• Lead the team and provide direction on execution / implementation of tasks by prioritizing functional and project goals accordingly
• Enable cross-functional collaboration, as and when required.
• Collaborate with other CX&GH teams to understand special project needs
• Track and monitor all special projects undertaken by the function that fall outside the ambit of PMO; establish timelines, major roadblocks, key challenges, etc.
• Coordinate with various Digital teams for all technology related projects as well as for digital support material, dashboards, trackers, etc.
