Job summary

UKG is seeking a Lead Solution Consultant to drive UKG Ready implementations. You will engage with clients, design robust solutions, and re-configure software to meet complex business needs.

The role requires deep HCM or WFM domain knowledge, strong analytical and consulting skills, and ability to work in a global, fast-moving environment with shift requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of industry work experience with exposure to Global implementations.
• Extensive domain experience in implementing HCM or WFM software.
• Proven knowledge of SDLC & AGILE methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
• Ability to work in a business required shift (3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients directly or indirectly to understand their business needs for UKG Ready deployments.
• Consult on best practices and design a solution meeting client needs.
• Re-configure UKG Ready to resolve complex issues and stay updated on product features.
• Act as a subject matter expert and communicate complex information clearly.
• Collaborate across teams on new client implementations and upgrades.
• Help define delivery practices and transfer product knowledge to customers.
