Job summary

UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that enables insights across the payroll, HR and timekeeping spectrum.

We are seeking a Lead Solution Consultant for UKG Ready Implementation Services to lead client deployments, design solutions, and transfer product knowledge to customers.

Expect 8+ years in HCM/WFM, SDLC and AGILE, strong communication, and a willingness to work the 3:00 PM–12:00 AM IST shift in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 8+ years of industry work experience with exposure to Global implementations.
• Extensive domain experience in implementing HCM or WFM software.
• Proven knowledge of SDLC & AGILE methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to work in a business required shift (3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Engage with our clients directly or indirectly to understand their business needs regarding the implementation of various modules of UKG Ready product.
• Leverage your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients (directly or through some onsite person) in designing and building a solution that meets their needs.
• Utilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution and solve very complex issues.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionality.
• Act as the subject matter expert in the product area.
• Understand & explain clearly difficult &/or sensitive information, and work collaboratively to build consensus.
• Contribute to team objectives that may have impact on the area/group.
• Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects.
• Drive consistency into UKG Ready delivery practices by leveraging their implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization.
• Provide significant transfer of UKG Ready product knowledge to UKG customers.
• Be ready to become key point-of-contact to UKG Ready stakeholders.

You will be joining the Professional Services Consulting (PSC) job family of Global Delivery Services (GDS) workgroup, under the UKG Customer Experience (CX) vertical for the new customer deployments of UKGR product and work with UKG Ready customers in multiple geographies.

We hire people having knowledge in Human Capital Management or Workforce Management domain for products like ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, People Strong, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday.

Responsibilities
