Job summary

SimCorp in Noida, India is seeking a Senior Principal Solution Consultant to shape and deliver complex, enterprise-scale solutions across the DMS Value Stream. You will mentor others, align designs with standards, and collaborate with product management and operations.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong consulting and stakeholder management, and willingness to travel. This hybrid position offers global exposure and opportunities for growth within a respected FinTech leader.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in SimCorp Dimension / senior implementation expert.
• Client-facing experience in business consulting and/or SME roles.
• Functional knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and Data Management Core (formerly Gain).
• Experience with SaaS delivery constraints and operating models; familiarity with Azure DevOps to manage scope and delivery outcomes.
• Willingness to travel and work 2-3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Own Complex Solution Architecture: Lead end-to-end build of complex solutions with alignment to standard designs.
• Act as Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance to senior stakeholders on standard solution options.
• Drive effective delivery: lead solution workstreams across large initiatives with quality and timeliness.
