Job Description Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of HR technology and data solutions that support business priorities and enhance employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, effective solution architectures.
• Develop and maintain architecture frameworks for core HR systems including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement platforms.
• Support transformation initiatives by aligning HR technology capabilities with evolving business needs and operational goals.
• Ensure integration of HR systems with enterprise platforms, maintaining data consistency, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership to HR solution teams, guiding design decisions, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Partner with IT, data, and compliance teams to ensure HR solutions meet governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on HR technology trends and tools, evaluating their relevance and potential impact on solution design.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experience, and enhance data-driven decision‑making.
