Job summary

Nike in Karnataka is seeking an experienced UKG Pro Time & Absence consultant to design and configure our global workforce management solution. You will lead the build and optimization of time and attendance processes and ensure alignment with business needs.

You will collaborate with regional teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, guide testing phases, and drive best practices in implementation and support, contributing to a scalable, efficient platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Time & Absence configuration.
• 6+ years with UKG Time & Attendance systems.
• Proven delivery of at least one full Time & Absence implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with Agile methods and collaboration with product owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of UKG Pro Time & Absence systems.
• Collaborate across APAC/EMEA/Greater China/Americas to shape workforce management.
• Act as strategic advisor to client project teams.
• Support testing phases (functional, integration, UAT) to ensure quality.
• Coordinate issue resolution with development and operations.
• Translate technical concepts into visual diagrams and process flows.
