EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce Primary Cloud to join our team in a hands-on technical leadership role. The ideal candidate will bring strong Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC) expertise to deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You'll architect, implement, and optimize Salesforce platforms, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into robust designs.

Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong background with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and the Lightning framework.
• Tailor Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to business needs.
• Develop reusable UI components with LWC.
• Implement business logic via Apex triggers, classes, batches, and schedulers.
• Connect Salesforce to external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize performance.
• Uphold security, scalability, and governor limit best practices.
• Assist with deployments, releases, and post-production issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps workflows.

Requirements

• 8 to 11 years of practical experience in Salesforce development
• Solid background working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Strong command of Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Proficient in Lightning App Builder and other declarative tools
• Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing, and Permission Sets
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
