We’relooking for a Lead Software Engineer (Rust) who can own backendarchitecture , build high-performance distributed systems , and mentora small engineering team.

This is a hands-onleadership role with end-to-end ownership: from system design to productionreliability.

Requirements

• 5+years of backend software developmentexperience
  
• Stronghands-on expertise in Rust
• Experiencebuilding distributed systems, serverless systems and microservices
• Hands-onexperience with Kafka or streaming data platforms
• Strongunderstanding of API design, GraphQL, authentication, and security
• Solidexperience with AWS cloud architecture
• Experiencewith DynamoDB, NoSQL data modeling, and caching systems
• Abilityto balance startup speed with long-term scalability andmaintainability

Preferred Skills:

• Experiencewith IoT or telemetry platforms
• Experiencein other tech stacks like Python, Node
• Understanding/ experience with relational database systems.
• Priorexperience in early-stage or scaling startups
