The role requires strong experience delivering Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions end-to-end, ideally using o9, with hands-on configuration and implementation across the full lifecycle.
As a Lead Software Engineer you will translate business needs into scalable technical designs, lead solution architecture decisions, and drive high-quality delivery in partnership with product and cross-functional teams. Success in this position depends on deep technical leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide teams through ambiguity.
You will also mentor engineers, elevate engineering standards, and help build long-term capability within the planning technology organization.
You will work across problems in depth and which span across modules like MFP ( Merchandise Financial Planning ), Assortment Planning, Demand and Supply planning / integrations.
