You will lead configuration activities, drive solution design discussions, and deliver scalable planning solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions.
• Strong expertise in supply planning processes and configurations.
• Experience configuring planning workflows, planning hierarchies, and master data in o9.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration activities for o9 Supply Planning implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations within o9.
• Configure planning models, workflows, and business rules for supply planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and integration teams to deliver optimized planning solutions.
• Support supply planning processes including supply balancing, inventory planning, capacity planning, constraint-based planning, and replenishment planning.
• Perform configuration validation, testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
• Participate in solution design workshops and provide recommendations based on best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across planning models and master data structures.
• Support SIT/UAT activities and production go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants on o9 configuration best practices.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations within o9.
• Configure supply planning models, planning parameters, workflows, and business rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and integration teams to deliver optimized planning solutions.
• Support supply planning processes including:
• Supply balancing
• Inventory planning
• Capacity planning
• Constraint-based planning
• Deployment and replenishment planning
• Perform system configuration validation, testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.

• Strong understanding of:
