Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead/Senior Software Engineer with Salesforce expertise to join our hands-on team in a fast-moving, Cloud development environment.

You will work across all phases of software delivery, from concept to deployment, while mentoring others and collaborating with a diverse group of engineers. Ideal candidates have 6–11 years of Salesforce experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, plus strong architecture skills and Git fluency.

Qualifications

• 6–11 years of experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components (ISV background).
• Proven experience building and deploying Agentforce agents, actions, and topics.
• Expertise in software architecture and clean code practices.
• Proficiency in Git-based source control.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Certifications required: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

• Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Apply strong architecture principles and clean code practices throughout the development lifecycle.

• Support and mentor other developers, sharing knowledge to help the team grow.
