Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead / Senior AWS Connect Engineer to design, build, and maintain complex integrations across enterprise platforms, connecting Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems.

You will implement scalable, secure integration workflows and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will develop AI-powered capabilities, including GenAI use cases, chatbots, and data processing solutions, while ensuring governance, data privacy, and reliable operation

Qualifications

• 5 to 12 years of experience in system integration projects.
• Expertise in AWS services and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or Java for integration work.
• Knowledge of API design principles, RESTful and SOAP APIs, JSON/XML.
• GenAI solutions using Bedrock or similar platforms; prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and other systems using APIs, SDKs, and AWS services.
• Development of custom solutions to synchronize and transfer data between systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Configuration and maintenance of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB to support integration workflows.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and align with enterprise architecture.
• Design scalable GenAI-powered solutions and evaluate GenAI use cases for business scenarios; integrate GenAI models with enterprise apps and APIs.
• Implementation of secure AI architectures, data privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices.

We are seeking a Lead / Senior AWS Connect Engineer with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to design, build, and maintain complex system integrations across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS cloud services and contact center technologies to develop scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions that connect Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and other systems using APIs, SDKs, and AWS services
• Development of custom solutions to synchronize and transfer data between systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity
• Configuration and maintenance of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB to support integration workflows

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, business analysts, and system administrators to define integration requirements

• Evaluation and fine-tuning of LLM-based use cases for business scenarios
• Integration of GenAI models with enterprise applications and APIs

Requirements

• 5 to 12 years of experience in system integration projects, particularly involving Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and AWS services
• Expertise in AWS cloud services, particularly in designing and implementing serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other relevant services
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java for scripting and developing integration solutions
• Knowledge of API design principles, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML)
• Skills in designing and building GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms
• Familiarity with integration of foundation models such as Anthropic Claude and Titan
• Background in prompt engineering, optimization, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures
