Qualifications

• 5–12 years of system integration experience (Amazon Connect, SCV, Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud)
• Expertise in AWS services and serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java for integration development
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data formats (JSON, XML)
• Experience building GenAI solutions using Bedrock or similar platforms
• Prompt engineering and RAG architectures

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and other systems using APIs, SDKs, and AWS services
• Develop custom solutions to synchronize and transfer data between systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity
• Configure and maintain AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB to support integration workflows
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, business analysts, and system administrators to define integration requirements
• Design scalable solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives
• Build AI-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, knowledge assistants, and document processing solutions
• Evaluation and fine-tuning of LLM-based use cases for business scenarios
• Integration of GenAI models with enterprise applications and APIs
• Implementation of secure AI architectures aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java for scripting and developing integration solutions
• Knowledge of API design principles, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML)
• Skills in designing and building GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms
• Familiarity with integration of foundation models such as Anthropic Claude and Titan
• Background in prompt engineering, optimization, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures
