The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in heavy industry or defence-adjacent sectors, with a track record of data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration across large teams.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Earth Moving Machinery, Heavy Industry, Aerospace & Defence.
• Desirable: minimum 3 years in Defense supply chain.
• Experience with supplier contracts and risk mitigation.
• Industry exposure to HAL, Bharat Forge, L&T, Aerospace companies, Maruti, Ashok Leyland, TATA Motors, Hero Honda, TVS, Bajaj.

• Desirable: - Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain of Defense Business.
• - Industry: HAL, Bharat Forge, L&T, Aerospace companies, Maruti, Ashok Leyland, TATA Motors, Hero Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Medium sized Aerospace component manufacturer.
